Igawa Sakura's Taimanin essence has awakened in a demon-infused form. Like her older sister Asagi, she is a combat-specialized fighter. While Sakura's pupils were on a mission, they vanished, prompting her to search for them. She discovered a secluded mountain lodge—abandoned by locals—where demons and corrupt politicians were involved. There, she found her pupils brutally mistreated and, enraged, she slaughtered the demons and politicians present. The emptiness and fury of failing to save them drew a voice from another side of her heart; answering that voice caused Sakura to awaken as a demon herself. Her newfound power overwhelms even other demons, and it is said only heavyweights such as Asagi, Edwin Black, and Kara could possibly stand against her.
