Michea Silkys is a psionic girl who idolizes the heroes of the United States. After being defeated by enemies and regretting her overconfidence, she leaned on her innate cheerfulness and, above all, her hatred of yielding to evil, to begin a fresh round of effort. She not only hones her psychic abilities but also rigorously trains her body. Refusing to rely on a controller, she set her sights on mastering the Celestial Wheel, eventually learning to manipulate it as naturally as her own limbs. She cast aside past arrogance and shame, devoting herself wholly to vanquishing evil. Simultaneously, the research lab she belongs to developed new equipment for her, inventing the "Zwei" armament. The Celestial Wheel became a Light Wheel; in its normal state it functions as before, but when infused with psychic energy it activates an optical weapon that can summon blades of light at will. It was also upgraded for use as a shield and a mobility device. By deploying the Wheel on her back, she can generate luminous wings for aerial flight. What thrilled Michea most was the sleek, heroic appearance of the new gear—far cooler than anything she'd worn before. Even after discarding shame and hubris, she still clings to her hero fantasy, constantly watching related anime even during training.
