Fuuma Saika was once the secretary of Fuuma Danjo. She comes from a long line of official secretaries who have served the Fuuma family for generations, swearing loyalty to Danjo and carrying a trace of Fuuma blood herself. Although she knows Tokiko, she rarely deals with her. She once fought as a Taimanin, but during a battle with demons she lost the use of both legs. Danjo rescued her and they fled together to the United States, where she received cybernetic legs using American technology. When Danjo betrayed the Taimanin, she did not follow him and instead joined Asagi and the others. After Danjo's death, she continues to serve the Fuuma family and undertakes Taimanin missions, but she has stepped down as the family's secretary, leaving Kotaro's duties to Tokiko. The books Danjo had amassed are now overseen by Saika. Her left eye possesses an evil eye; anyone who meets her gaze has their vision and consciousness hijacked, making them think they are acting of their own will. While using this evil eye, she expends all her nerves and cannot move at all. In combat she relies on her cybernetic legs to bring down opponents.
