Uehara Rin serves as a temporary instructor at Gosha Academy, teaching Taimanin combat. When she isn't on a mission, she runs outdoor-combat classes, giving students hands-on training. She doesn't treat the students as novices; she sees each of them as a worthy Taimanin and trains them rigorously day and night. The pupils fear her as the "Electric-Shining Taimanin." She earned the nickname "Denki" (Electric) because she surpasses Mizuki Yukikaze as a practitioner of Lightning-Style techniques, and her body literally glows with electric energy when she uses her ninjutsu. Her techniques are varied: she can fuse Lightning-Style with a bare blade to forge an "Electric-Shining Sword," or instantly create an electric barrier using ambient electrons to block enemy attacks. She is often deployed on extermination missions or raids on enemy hideouts, scorching foes with her own weaponry. Even Asagi and the others hold her in high regard, placing great trust in her abilities.
