Ingrid is a close aide of Edwin Black. She hails from the noble class of the Demon Realm that serves Edwin Black's faction. Always obeying him, she works as his bodyguard and an excellent secretary. She is a beautiful woman known by the epithet "Demon Knight." Her weapon is a longsword, and she wields demonic swordsmanship that incinerates sliced foes with black flames. Although she harbors feelings for Edwin Black that go beyond master and servant, she keeps them hidden deep in her heart and remains devoted. However, she treats everyone other than Edwin Black with a cold, ruthless demeanor and is at odds with Oboro. In the Demon Realm, demons—who resemble humans in appearance but possess superhuman physical abilities and combat prowess far surpassing those of humans—make up the majority of the population. Among them, many are recorded in human texts as "demons." With the new year, her subordinates have dressed her in formal attire, but the result is a stunning empress who exudes a faint aura of a courtesan.
