Mizuki Yukikaze comes from a prestigious lineage that has produced masters of the "Lightning Technique" for generations, and like her late father, she also wields that art. The Lightning Technique manipulates thunder and is said to be the most powerful offensive ninjutsu. Because her lightning strikes are so potent they're hard to control, she uses a specially crafted gun as a catalyst. She generates lightning-charged bullets in the gun and can fire devastating lightning projectiles. Armed with a pair of pistols, she unleashes a dance of lightning bolts, earning her the nickname "Lightning-strike Taimanin." She is headstrong, hates losing, and her high pride is occasionally wounded, leaving only her childhood friend Akiyama Tatsuro as someone she truly trusts. She worries that she can't advance their relationship. Always eager to stay active, she loves to play outdoors and is a sun-kissed beauty year-round.
