Cedna Arstonna is a member of a secret assassination unit known to very few within the United States Alliance. She dons the Zero-Stealth full-body suit, a top-secret development, and handles all dirty work—from high-profile assassinations to the theft of demon-realm technology. The unit has no official name, but it is referred to as the Zero Unit or "the Shadows." Among them, Cedna is especially ruthless, killing without hesitation even if the target is family or a former comrade, leading others to say her emotions are dead. She rarely uses the suit's optical camouflage herself; instead, she applies it to the blades attached to her arms and legs, often concealing her weapons during missions. Cedna was once subjected to a mental conditioning program aimed at creating the ultimate soldier, one that would not feel fear. Most of the experiments failed, but she was the sole success; after the program was halted, she was rescued but never fully recovered mentally, and was transferred to her current organization. Consequently, she shows almost no joy, anger, sorrow, or pleasure, becoming a pure instrument of orders. During this time she joined the Fuuma coalition, where she now fully demonstrates her innate obedience under Fuuma's command.
