No. 16 Sonia is a murderous serial killer feared across the United States for slashing both humans and demons alike. Her brutality was so notorious that virtually everyone in the country knew her name, and investigators even suspected the culprit to be a demon because of the sheer savagery. Over a hundred humans and demons were gruesomely slain before she was captured. Her true identity was that of a teacher named Sonia, and footage of her drenched in blood was broadcast nationwide upon her arrest. After a trial she was sentenced to death, but that was merely a façade. Researchers in the United States, impressed by her talent, offered her a deal, which she accepted to survive. They experimented on her body, rebirthing her as a synthetic being. She then stepped into the underworld, where, as a resident of the shadows, she continues to cut down demons and humans who threaten the United States.
