Cecilia Cello was born in a United Nations research facility. Created artificially through genetic engineering, she innately wields powerful magical energy. Raised under the gifted-education program of United Nations researchers, her academic and physical abilities are exceptional. She can use her magic to imbue lifeless objects with power and command them to annihilate foes, though doing so rapidly drains her mana. For that reason, her bag and satchel are always stocked with plenty of sweet snacks. She has a carefree, slightly absent-minded personality.
