Luster is the sole surviving half-human, half-demon from a human experiment that implanted a demon's cells into her body. The experiment never yielded conclusive results, so while she survived, it's hard to call it a success; without the controlling bracelet she would be consumed by a destructive impulse. Luster was a former soldier, but most of her unit perished in a demon assault. The few survivors died in illegal experiments, leaving only Luster alive. She can't forgive the demons that drove her unit to death, nor the fact that she now carries their cells, and she destroyed every facility that performed such cruel experiments. After losing control of her power, another organization captured and sheltered her. She now has her demon cells isolated and controlled by that agency, which in turn manages her and harvests data. Using demon power, she creates transparent blades in the air and manipulates them at will. When she releases more demon power, her physical abilities surge dramatically, but overuse threatens her sanity, turning her into a mindless destroyer.
