Laetitia Bellmer is a girl whose abilities were awakened through the United States' special skills development program. By permeating her own blood into a liquid, she can manipulate it as an extension of her body—a power born from research into anti-demon forces. Laetitia has been part of the U.S. forces since childhood, receiving soldier training. One day, on a classified mission, she participated in a U.S. experiment and manifested the Aqua Mistress ability. Since then, she has joined a team fighting demons and Taimanin, becoming a soldier in the underworld's battles. She believes the military decides all matters of right and wrong, suppressing her emotions even during brutal missions, though she has begun to question attacks on civilian homes and children. She is loyal to her orders and never shows emotion while on duty. Generally, she remains cool-headed and never gets overly passionate about anything.
