Fuuma Saika serves as the official secretary to Fuuma Danjo, a lineage of women who have long served the Fuuma clan. She swore loyalty to Danjo and carries a trace of Fuuma blood herself. Although she has met Tokiko, she does not interact with her much. She once fought as a Taimanin, but during a battle with demons she lost the use of both legs and was rescued by Danjo, fleeing together to the United States. There, she received cybernetic legs through American technology. When Danjo betrayed the Taimanin, she in turn betrayed him and sided with Asagi and her allies. After Danjo's death she returned to serve the Fuuma family, undertaking Taimanin missions while stepping back from her secretarial duties—Kotaro now handles those duties for Tokiko. Saika also manages the books Danjo had collected. Her left eye possesses a cursed eye; anyone who meets her gaze has their vision and consciousness hijacked, making them think they act of their own will. While using this cursed eye she expends all her nerves and cannot move at all, so she relies on her cybernetic legs to defeat enemies in combat.
