Mizuki Yukikaze is a young Taimanin hailed as the next-generation powerhouse. She hails from a prestigious line that has produced generations of "Lightning-Style" practitioners, and like her late father, she wields the "Lightning-Style"—a formidable art that commands thunder and is famed as the most destructive offensive ninjutsu. Because her lightning strikes are so potent they're hard to control, she employs a specially crafted gun as a catalyst for the technique. Mizuki generates lightning-charged bullets in the gun and can fire devastating thunderbolts. Armed with a pair of pistols, she dances across the battlefield unleashing lightning rounds, earning her the moniker "Lightning-Strike Taimanin." She's headstrong, hates losing, and her lofty pride is her only soft spot, making it difficult for her to advance a romance with her childhood friend Akiyama Tatsuro. She loves to stay active, is constantly sun-kissed, and is a beautiful girl who never stops moving.
