Wester is a demon noble serving Queen Astaroth, ruler of the scorching Infernal Lands. Among dark elves, she is distinguished by white hair, dark skin, and striking red eyes, and was persecuted as a child destined to bring disaster. Astaroth was the first to treat her as a person, and ever since, Wester has sworn loyalty to her. After gaining power and achieving many feats under Astaroth, she was personally granted a noble title and now helps guard the Infernal Lands. Like Astaroth, Wester manipulates fire, but her flames burn blue rather than the queen's red infernal fire. She also excels in unarmed combat. Acting on the queen's orders, Wester has traveled to the Human Realm to investigate the movements of Nomad and Edwin Black.
