General Halloween Lune is a prototype piloted robot weapon forged from an unknown precious metal. Its creator, Dr. Lune—renowned as the greatest genius in United States history— spared no expense in its development. The machine houses Lune's own "HW Drive" (Halloween Drive), allegedly allowing it to operate indefinitely. Despite its sturdy exterior and self-repair capabilities, the weapon is packed with so many armaments that even Lune herself can't recall where each is stored. Nonetheless, General Halloween has earned its keep, having repelled a demon organization that operated covertly within United States territory. Lune's intellect and engineering prowess have earned her a top position in special weapons development, though her lavish spending on projects makes her a headache for the higher-ups. In personal combat, however, she is far below average, so she secretly built an android companion, Pamela Jäger, to support her both on the battlefield and in daily life.
