A Taimanin and a junior ninja from a lineage that has served the Fuuma family for generations, also a classmate at Gosha Academy. She is a "Beast-Transformation Ninja," a star among those who wield beast-transformation techniques, possessing the ability to imbue her body with animal power. Her transformation type is "Devilfish," meaning she turns into an octopus. Though her name means "Snake Child," she becomes an octopus, which the protagonist finds baffling; she explains that "Hebiko" was originally her great-grandmother's name, who herself was a beast-transformation ninja that turned into a great snake. When she octopus-transforms, each leg becomes a single thick tentacle, and she favors a four-blade style using those tentacles and four ninja short swords. She claims to be 150 cm tall; when told she's probably 149 cm, she spits ink in anger. The ink she releases in her beast form is infamous at Gosha, feared for leaving a fishy stench on anyone's body for three days and nights.
