Mizuki Yukikaze is a young Taimanin hailed as the next-generation powerhouse. Hailing from a prestigious line that has produced generations of "Lightning Technique" users, she, like her late father, wields that formidable art—an ability that manipulates lightning and is said to deliver the highest firepower among offensive ninjutsu. Because her lightning strikes are so potent they're hard to control, she employs a specially crafted gun as a catalyst for the technique. Yukikaze generates lightning-charged bullets with that gun and can fire devastating lightning projectiles. Armed with twin pistols, she unleashes them with the grace of a dancer, earning her the moniker "Lightning-strike Taimanin." She's headstrong, hates losing, and her pride is her Achilles' heel. A sun-kissed beauty who loves to stay active, she's constantly getting a tan. For a certain event, Yukikaze was tasked with wearing a mini-skirt Santa outfit—unusually revealing for mid-winter, yet to those accustomed to her usual Taimanin suit it somehow looks rather warm.
