Though her methods suggested a demonic perpetrator, she was apprehended as a schoolteacher named Sonia. The shocking image of her drenched in blood at the time of arrest was broadcast across the Federation. A swift trial followed, resulting in a death sentence—at least on the surface. Spotting her talent, Federation researchers offered a deal: Sonia would be reborn as an artificial human. Her appearance and body remain largely human, but her neuro-musculoskeletal system has been reinforced to demon-level strength. Since then she's stepped into the shadows, cutting down demons and humans who threaten the Federation.
