Yatsu Murasaki is a "young Purple" who exists in the same dimension as the Sakura staying at the protagonist's house. Like Sakura, she's a student and serves as student council president at Gosha Academy. While investigating Sakura's sudden disappearance, she uncovered that it was the work of the dimensional invader Brainlayer and is now hunting the Brainlayer. Compared to the adult Purple, she can be a bit stiff and overly by-the-book, but she is calm, pragmatic, sturdy, surprisingly caring, and kind—though often misunderstood. Her favorite hobby remains unchanged: sniffing "big sister Asagi's scent and going 'haa haa.'"
