(Cedna Arstonna, she/her) She is a member of the ultra-secret Zero Unit, an assassination special forces group known only to a handful of people within the United States. Wearing the top-secret Zero-Stealth full-body suit, she carries out dirty work such as high-profile assassinations and the theft of Demon Realm technology. Among the unit's operatives, Cedna is especially ruthless; she shows no mercy even to family or former comrades, leading others to say her emotions are dead. In the past, she underwent an extreme mental conditioning program designed to create the ultimate soldier—one who no longer feels fear—and she is the sole successful case. Even after being transferred to her current organization, she never fully regained her humanity, becoming a soldier devoid of joy, anger, sorrow, or pleasure. Since forming a cooperative relationship with Fuuma's forces, she has been treated more often as a human, and she is gradually changing. Fuuma sees this as a positive development and asked Koukawa Asuka to arrange for her to attend the same academy as Asuka. Told it was an infiltration mission, Cedna entered the academy and was initially bewildered by the unexpectedly peaceful school life and cute uniforms, but she is slowly getting used to it and even beginning to enjoy it.
