Nakamori Nanaka is a freshly graduated rookie Taimanin from Gosha Academy. Relying on the astonishingly durable and regenerative ninjutsu "Iron Wall Awakening," she rushes into the front lines as a combat-focused type. She looks like an ordinary human, but attacks from blades or firearms barely leave her with scratches; wounds that would be fatal to a normal person heal almost completely after a night's sleep. This lets her handle even over-work training with ease, and she boasts high strength among Taimanin. Because of this, seniors often compare her to Yatsu Murasaki, whom she respects deeply. While Nanaka's abilities are limited to endurance and recovery—she can't repair severed flesh—she constantly pushes herself, training whenever she can, even during missions, to get closer to the admired Murasaki. Her stoic dedication worries her comrades, yet she still feels it's not enough. She has a bright, forward-looking personality but can be reckless, charging head-first at enemies without thinking. Though she's survived every battlefield thanks to her powers, a normal person would have died countless times, and she's been told to rethink her fighting style. She tries to restrain herself, but the urge to fight is hard to suppress. Nonetheless, her hard-working nature and cheerful demeanor make her well-liked, and even in dangerous situations she receives support without a sour look.
