(Cecilia Cello, she/her) A girl born in a United States research facility. Artificially created through genetic engineering, she possesses innate, powerful magical ability. Raised under the tutelage of American researchers, she excels academically and physically. She can imbue lifeless objects with magic and control them at will, though this drains her mana heavily. To compensate, she keeps a stash of sweet snacks in her bag and pouch. For sea operations, she deploys in a special uniform and a chocolate-coated banana float. Though she may appear carefree and playful, the swimsuit-style uniform is a high-performance suit that, when activated from the collar, generates a magic barrier capable of withstanding rifle fire, enables high-speed movement, and allows prolonged underwater activity. The banana float, powered by Cecilia's magic, lets her glide through the water like a dolphin and continuously produces chocolate from its tip, preventing her mana from running out.
