She is the daughter of a dark-elf noble family, possessing a rare "demon eye" in her right eye. The demon eye, a mutation that appears only occasionally among elves, is constantly active, allowing her to see the flow of power and changes in wind, emotions, and even the workings of ninjutsu, curses, and barriers. She can intervene in that flow to nullify ninjutsu or magic and to manipulate wind. Because of this, demon-eyes have long been feared and hunted for their power, beauty, and rarity, and bearers are often killed at birth or have their eyes gouged for research or trade. Nadra was born in a demon-world trading city and was fortunately raised in secret, her existence hidden even from her younger siblings. When she eventually reached out to her growing siblings, her secret was exposed, endangering her parents and making her a target. She sought refuge with relatives, but was betrayed and forced into a desperate situation, using her demon eye to open a gate and flee to the human realm. Now she lives in the human realm, but the Japanese summer heat tires her. Her long hair traps heat and humidity, and her white dress becomes see-through with sweat. She boldly bought a cool summer outfit, choosing something women on the street often wear to stay unnoticed, though the casual style feels a bit unbecoming to the well-brought-up Nadra.
