Alicia Viewstroem, daughter of the late Count Reyf Byustream, younger brother of the former Grand Duke Yeld Cordelia, possesses the innate majesty of a ruler and dazzling beauty. She serves as the commander-in-chief of the Cordelia army and regent of the Cordelia Principality. Skilled in politics, warfare, and science, she became regent after Yeld and Count Reyf were assassinated, acting as guardian to the young heir Maya Cordelia and transforming the once-peripheral nation into a military powerhouse that heavily influences Neo-Terras and New-Solar. Revered as a hero of Cordelia's rise, she commands great loyalty from subjects and, while effectively governing the country, remains devoted to Maya as a true warrior. She also leads Cordelia's unique armored cavalry, personally taking dangerous front-line positions as a brave commander. Alicia dotes on Maya, supporting her in every way to become a worthy Grand Duke. She is more a protector or mother figure than a cousin, and she has not assumed her late father's count title until Maya inherits the dukedom.
