General Halloween Lune is a prototype piloted robot weapon forged from an unknown precious metal. Its developer is Dr. Lune, hailed as the greatest genius in U.S. history. Built without budget constraints, the weapon houses Lune's own "HW Drive" (Halloween Drive), which supposedly allows it to operate semi-permanently. Despite its sleek appearance, it boasts a sturdy body, self-repair functions, and a plethora of armaments—so many that even Lune herself can't keep track of which weapon is stored where. General Halloween has nonetheless earned credit for repelling demon organizations that operated covertly within U.S. territory. Lune's intellect and development skills are recognized throughout the United States, granting her a leadership role in special-weapon development, though her habit of throwing limitless funds at projects makes her a headache for the upper echelons. In combat, Lune's personal fighting ability is below average, so she secretly built an android, Pamela Jäger, to support her both on the battlefield and in daily life. Additionally, Lune covertly created a horse-shaped support robot for the General, "Suzukaze Ichijin," though rumors suggest it was made merely as a stylish mode of transport, since it offers little beyond running.
