She was a demon, but after losing her left arm and both legs in a battle against the Taimanin, she also lost the ability to use her magic. However, when she was having trouble fighting and living, researchers from the American union contacted her, made a contract, and installed mechanisms in her body that would allow her to use her lost limbs and magic with the help of their science and technology. This revived Ceylon acquired even greater combat capabilities than before, and in exchange, she became an assassin who moves according to the American union's instructions. She is equipped with a magic-driven Gatling gun, and the circular saw at the end of its long handle can be freely extended and retracted like a yo-yo to attack enemies. Only the researchers who modified her and a few high-ranking officials know of her existence, and her presence is even hidden from those who are active in the American union, such as Koukawa Asuka. While carrying out her missions and burying many demons and Taimanin, she is also pursuing Mizuki Shiranui, the Taimanin who drove her to the brink of death, and the Demon King who is behind her.
