She is a foreign beauty working as a dancer at a theater on the outskirts of town. Her true identity is that of a stray demon, and she is known as the "Silver Thread Heavenly Maiden" due to her agile dancing and beautiful silver hair. She is often misunderstood as not being able to speak Japanese due to her cold and taciturn nature, but she can actually understand and speak multiple languages from the Human Realm. She was once a princess of the "Wendaller," a minority group in the Demon Realm, but after her older sister, who was supposed to succeed as the chief, ran away, her family was scattered. Since then, she has been raised to support her sister and has lost her sense of purpose. She is staying in Japan because she heard her sister was in the country, but she has not decided what to do after finding her. The thin, stole-like cloth she wears is called the "Mafuu," a very rare feather robe that the Wendaller are born with and use like limbs, and it is said to disappear into the void when they die. Al's family uses it to receive the wind and make a flute-like sound for messaging, or to glide from high places, and in the Human Realm, they can use it to create a wind filled with the Demon Realm's miasma.
