She is the young head and sole survivor of the noble Koukawa ninja clan. Her entire family, including her parents, was killed by Edwin Black, and she was taken in and raised by Asagi. She later rose to prominence and earned many victories, but during a fierce battle against dark forces she clashed with Asagi, ignored orders, and challenged Edwin Black alone, suffering severe injuries to both arms and legs before disappearing and becoming a rogue ninja. After a long absence, she returned equipped with android arms and legs, burying anyone who aids the darkness, human or demon. Now feared by the underworld as a "steel reaper." This new "high-mobility cheer equipment" is a secret prototype developed to prove the theory that "even on a harsh battlefield, a beautiful voice cheering can make one stand up."
