She is a Taimanin. Rinko is from a post-apocalyptic world dominated by the dimensional invader Brain Flayer. After being captured and tortured during a fierce battle, she was believed to be dead. However, it was later discovered that she survived, and she was freed by someone. Unfortunately, her body was severely damaged due to prolonged torture and brainwashing. After being freed, Rinko wandered the desolate world alone before seeking refuge in a remote temple to train and fight her own "killing intent".
