A demon. Formerly an executive of the gang that seized the Nakano-shima district of Amida-hara, which had been ruled by sorcerers. Though she comes from a noble demon lineage, she was born as an "Iko"—a child with a monstrous form considered an omen, said to be spawned by ancient gods beyond dimensions. Persecuted as an Iko, she left her homeland for the Human Realm and joined the Nakano-shima gang, which treats all comrades as equal brothers regardless of race or origin. She quickly rose to prominence and became captain of the 3rd Squad. Her weapon is a metal bat forged from the rare demonic alloy orichalcum. She usually appears indistinguishable from a human girl, but when she transforms into her true "aberrant" form she gains terrifying physical abilities. However, Oryou harbors a deep complex about that form and will not shift into it unless absolutely necessary.
