She is a Taimanin dispatched by the government to the United States. Her gentle manner and courteous attitude have earned her deep trust among the Taimanin, and students at Gosha Academy rely on her as an older-sister figure, seeking counsel beyond missions. Officially her deployment is presented as reinforcement against demons and the Sino-Union, but in reality strong political motives drive both sides to create debts and gather intelligence. She doesn't flaunt these motives; instead, her combat skill and high-level negotiation make her ideal for maintaining smooth relations with the US side. In battle, her thunder-style ninjutsu meshes well with US equipment. She remains committed to team play, ensuring her comrades get credit, which has turned initially wary US soldiers into believers. While she understands the political scheming, she is uncomfortable with plans that deceive frontline troops. She now balances combat research cooperation and reporting to Gosha, leading a busy life. In the summer she receives a solid vacation; her comrades, wanting her to enjoy it, invite her to the beach. Grateful for their concern, she gets a new swimsuit and heads to the beach, inevitably becoming the center of the event, which her teammates smile at as "just like Junko."
