She lives in a mountain not far from Gosha, and is a raccoon-type demon who can change her shape at will using leaves. Those who know her true form call her a shapeshifter. When she transforms into someone, she can perfectly replicate their appearance, voice, and abilities to a certain extent. Her original form is that of a beast, but when she transformed into her current form, she changed fundamentally, so she won't return to her original beast form unless she loses her powers. She can also transform others, but only in appearance, and the effect is temporary, wearing off with a strong impact. She is calm and gentle, never attacking people, so the Taimanin tolerate her. Sometimes she comes to town to shop, and people who don't know her think she's just a weirdo who likes to cosplay. She usually lives in her mountain home, tending to her fields, but evil people who seek to exploit her transformation powers never cease to appear. One day, while walking in town, Mame was surrounded by a group of young women. They introduced themselves as cosplayers and asked her to show them her clothes, saying they wanted to make a Japanese bunny costume. Although they seemed harmless, Mame was puzzled as to why they approached her. However, she became interested in the Japanese bunny image they showed her and decided to try making the costume herself. "This costume doesn't really suit me," she thought, but she liked the clothes themselves. Since then, she has been secretly making and wearing the costume, and even participates in cosplay events with the group.
