She is a retired Taimanin, the elderly shopkeeper of Inage-ya and a master ice-cream maker. She is said to have been renowned as the Taimanin's foremost jōjutsu user, and there's even an urban legend that she still goes on missions night after night. Her policy is to keep Inage-ya open every day, and she shows no mercy to anyone who gets in her way.
