She has a gentle and calm personality, which is unusual for an oni, and is kind to the children and even the rough-looking people in the neighborhood, earning her the nickname "Saint Mother." She herself was an orphan and was bought by an armed organization when she was young, raised as a disposable combat unit. Originally, she was meant to be a catalyst for conflict and die, but she survived by demonstrating extraordinary strength, even among the oni, and later honed her exceptional combat skills on the brutal battlefield. Eventually, she gained the trust of the armed organization due to her strength, but Bilva, who hated fighting, couldn't endure it and destroyed the organization. After that, she distanced herself from battle and created an orphanage to save children who suffered the same fate as her. Since she keeps her past as a combat unit a secret, the children admire her as a kind older sister, but when someone tries to harm the children, she unleashes a fierce aura, earning her the warning "don't provoke her." Due to her harsh past, she often spoils the children, and when she finds someone cute, she can't help but use baby talk, which also intimidates the rough-looking people. Although Bilva usually leads a peaceful life, the land of Yomihara is never short of turmoil. In particular, human trafficking organizations that target children are relentless, and Bilva has been secretly taking them down without the children's knowledge. Most organizations are intimidated by Bilva's combat strength and back down, but some persist in their attempts. When that happens, Bilva dons her combat gear and annihilates the organization with her overwhelming strength, which once earned her the title "Blood-Soaked Oni." However, wearing the detestable attire and going to battle, even to protect the children, is a significant source of stress for her.
