Shikimi is a member of the Oboro Ninja Army. She can unleash high-voltage currents and calls herself an evil electric-ninja. An orphan from Yomihara, she was saved by Oboro when a Taimanin almost exterminated her while she was a street gang member, and she fell in love with Oboro, becoming her subordinate. She now mainly handles reconnaissance and training new recruits. She trains daily to become a ruthless ninja like Oboro, but her nature is good-hearted, and she sometimes enjoys torturing prisoners. She's also naïve, easily deceived, and weak to flattery. Her technique can instantly electro-kill a large demon beast, yet her personality prevents her from being completely ruthless, often hindering her comrades. Her hobbies are patrolling her master's territory and scouting talent. She believes recruiting excellent people into the ninja army is her mission, and when she spots promising demons or rogue ninjas she spreads Oboro's heroic name to lure them in.
