She is a Taimanin from Gosha Academy, the daughter of Taimanin Library, also known as Sago Bunko. She used to bear her father's surname, Sago, but after parting ways with him, she decided to take her mother's surname, Izumo, to signify her independence from the Fuuma clan and as a form of rebellion against her father. During the Gosha rebellion, she was captured by the killer Saito Hanjiro, but was rescued by the Moral Squad and the protagonist, Fuuma Kotaro. She then became his exclusive maid, albeit in a somewhat forceful manner. Her motto, "Revenge is twice as sweet, gratitude is a hundred times as sweet," is a phrase passed down from her mother. She is a user of the "Kitojutsu" technique, which allows her to generate and use machines from inorganic matter. She has cybernetic limbs, which she has simplified and suppressed in terms of function, allowing her to freely change them using her Kitojutsu technique. When her master gave her a yukata, she transformed her mechanical arm into a large firework launcher, prioritizing appearance over function.
