General Halloween Rene is a prototype piloted robot weapon made of an unknown precious metal. Developed by Dr. Rene, the greatest genius in United States history, it features the HW Drive (Halloween Drive). Dr. Rene sought further upgrades but found no room for improvement, leading to waning motivation. One day, while watching an anime on a lab TV, Rene saw a robot performing wildly unrealistic moves and thought, "It's unrealistic, but that's exactly why making it real would be incredible!" She omitted the legs used only for ground stance, added 360° aerial combat capability, installed an all-direction monitor in the cockpit, upgraded the support AI, and added full-sphere missile guidance. By consolidating large weapons into the arms, stability and mobility improved, boosting combat power by roughly 40%. Though the rollout earned praise for performance, higher-ups complained about cost and aesthetics, forcing Rene to keep her frustration in check.
