She is a newly-minted Taimanin who graduated from Gosha Academy last year. As a rare gun user among Taimanin, she fights by combining her custom-made rifle, 【Flora】, with the Wood Concealment Technique. Since she has always trained in her free time, she is unsure of how to interact with men outside of missions or training, and she has no immunity to love. During missions, she can work with men without any issues, but when she meets them in private, she becomes extremely flustered and runs away. Along with her comrades, Yae spent Halloween in Yomihara for a mission. Since her turn in the mission was still ahead, she was assigned a visitation mission to get used to men as a joke. Taking it seriously, as she always does with her growth, Yae put on a drastically different makeup and outfit, telling herself she was a zombie, and that it didn't matter if she was a man or a woman, or even Shippou Yae herself.
