She is one of the dream demons like Lilim and Mireille. She operates in both the Human Realm and the Demon Realm, seeking strong-spirit men and ensnares them with dream-demon powers and magic. As a dream demon she has a gentle, laid-back personality and helps any dream demon in trouble. Because of that many dream demons respect Liscia, some even look up to her as an older sister. Yet she's also a top-class dream demon who never fails to ensnare her target man despite her easygoing nature. In addition to magic that charms the opposite sex and the ability to manipulate dreams, she skillfully uses her own charms—words and gestures—to the fullest. She also possesses a skill that, when certain conditions are met in a dream, reveals the truth of a person's thoughts and words. When word reaches the dream demons that a certain dream demon is imprisoned in the Taimanin Village in the Human Realm, most dismiss it as just another rumored failure. Liscia, however, worries alone, ignores everyone's warnings, and heads for the Taimanin Village.
