She is a dream demon who deludes herself into thinking she's the Cupid of love. She carries a bow and has attached white feathers to her own wings to dress up as a cupid. "I want to fill the world with love!" is her catchphrase, which she lives by as her creed and goal. Once a promising dream demon who received guidance from Milleu and Meitia, she suddenly declared herself "the love angel — Amore Angela—sent by the gods" and leapt into the Human Realm. She now goes by "Arum Mona Vivachie" and wishes to be called that. She roams the streets at night, and when she spots a pair that clicks, she traps them in a dream and uses every trick she knows to force them into mutual love. Though her actions are intrusive, if a couple simply won't get together she'll give up, release them, and reflect on her own shortcomings. Her crusade stems from a desire to be a being who gives love rather than steals life, a runaway impulse born of an unusually kind heart for a dream demon. Meitia says that her belief she's something other than a dream demon is a temporary ailment that afflicts gifted, compassionate youths whose identities are still wavering. Arum herself seems aware of the inconsistency deep down; pointing it out provokes a barrage of concealing magical arrows, proof of her exceptional magical-control sense. Believing that a perpetual-summer resort breeds romance, she now resides in Amahara.
