They are a soldier assigned to the US special forces. In truth, they are a demon that has possessed that soldier's corpse. Originally, they were a spirit-type race worshipped by a minority tribe of the US, and they possessed the corpse of a young female soldier who died protecting a tribal girl, using the soldier's name and registration. Through ectoplasm they can control equipment and machinery, and float multiple android arms in battle. Gaining a body has made Elsie completely hooked on junk food and high-calorie snacks. When they heard that Japanese Valentine's Day is a day when women give chocolate to men, they dismissed it as "not manly," but upon learning that many kinds of chocolate and ingredients are sold, their eyes lit up. Citing tribal knowledge of herbal and spice mixing and the use of cacao in curses, they eagerly bought supplies. They immediately churned out massive amounts of chocolate in the dorm kitchen, most of which seems to end up inside Elsie's own stomach.
