She is a former Taimanin who became a rogue ninja. In battle she was on the brink of death when she awakened demonic power and survived, though the Taimanin records list her as killed in action. Since then she's quit being a Taimanin and works as a mercenary. She abandoned her surname and now goes only by her given name. Originally a master of blood techniques, she could manipulate her own blood to fire bullets, coat her fists, or bind enemies with crimson threads. The amount of blood she could use was limited, but after awakening the demonic power she can control other blood as well—stealing it from a foe's wound to weaponize it or to heal herself. By accelerating her own blood flow she gained superhuman physical abilities, letting her dispatch enemies at blinding speed. To uncover the nature of the awakened demonic power, she's been wandering the Demon Realm for a while.
