Aurelia is a songstress of the Medu tribe who lives in the Demon Realm sea. Because her people originally lived underwater, dry skin is a serious enemy, so they use a tribe-specific lotion. She performs her voice at Yomihara's theaters, casinos, and parties, and large-scale dealings between organizations are routinely conducted behind the scenes. The transactions aren't just a cover for the stage; inviting various guests helps prevent violent incidents, and flaunting splendor serves political purposes, displaying power. Standing on that stage, Aurelia herself becomes a sign of the stature of those dealings. In addition to her value as a songstress, her singing contains powers of suppression and calming, helping to deter trouble. Within the Medu, Aurelia's clan has gone ashore, raising livestock and farming, trading sea-born gems and crafts with other races. Because of her talent and strength, she was praised as a hunting goddess and guardian among her tribe, and she took the stage in Yomihara to protect her comrades. When powerful figures coveted their trade goods and the tribe was targeted, Aurelia voluntarily connected with them, offered herself as a hostage so they could monopolize the goods, and secured a promise to keep her friends safe. Eventually her singing and dancing were highly valued, making her the face of the trade. She is also an outstanding warrior among the Medu, respected by the sea-hunting clans for her martial spirit and might. Both her singing and her warrior's vigor support her status as a songstress and protect her allies.
