She is a Taimanin born into the prestigious Fuuma clan and is a relative of the protagonist. As the bearer of a powerful Evil Eye, her father Gonsho feared and despised her, so the head of the main family, Fuuma Danjo, took her in. She was thrust onto battlefields from a young age, enduring a harsh childhood, and was feared as a "battle machine" for her warlike nature and fearlessness of death. After Danjo's defeat, she wandered for a while, but upon reuniting with the protagonist she fell for him, volunteered to serve as his butler, and constantly clashes with Tokiko over everything. On top of that, the intrusive maid Izumo Tsuru shows up, adding even more trouble to Amane's life. Meanwhile, she is pursuing the remnants of the elder Iikawa's followers, who are the enemies of Danjo. Amane has replaced her arm with the special Android Arm Mark II. Compared to Koukawa Asuka's version, this arm features enhanced artificial muscles and blood vessels, making it closer to a human limb. Though it lacks raw power and durability, its neural and anti-demon particle transmission speed is boosted, allowing Amane to fully unleash her hand-to-hand abilities, and it can also fire specialized anti-personnel mines as an option.
