She is a demon who has blended into the Human Realm, pretending to be human and living a life of streaming. She possesses the ability to manipulate gravity and wields a massive weapon, giving her the strength to take down even large demon beasts. However, she often gets deceived by others or misunderstands situations, which leads to her causing trouble and eventually getting exiled from the Demon Realm. After arriving in the Human Realm, Chiaru encountered a girl who was addicted to streaming and had a troubled personality, and she was forced to participate in the stream. She was showered with praise and eventually became infatuated with it. However, the girl she was with died from a drug overdose, and Chiaru has been streaming alone ever since. Her streams are mostly just chatting, but due to her natural stupidity and lack of understanding of human common sense, her content can be quite dangerous at times. Although she earns a significant amount of money from her streams, she wastes it all and has very little left. Recently, she has been streaming in dangerous areas like Yomi Hara, and her viewer count has been increasing. Chiaru often inserts herself into events, and for Halloween, she wants to stream in a place where real demons roam, like Yomi Hara, to stand out from other streamers.
