She is a Taimanin from a future world dominated by the dimension invader Brain Flayer. She is Sanada Homura's sister and currently lives in the Gosha Academy dormitory. However, since her modern self also exists in the present, she hides her true identity from her sister and goes by the alias "Sanada Saki". She was invited by her classmates to work as a race queen, but initially declined, thinking it wasn't a good idea to be in the public eye. However, the high pay was tempting, and she considered it, thinking about her future and her lack of assets, having come from the future with nothing. Her friends persuaded her, saying she'd be a good fit for the role and that it would be a great memory, and she decided to participate.
