She is a Taimanin hybrid, half-demon half-human, inheriting frost manipulation from her mother—a high-rank demon once called the Frost Demon God—and ninjutsu from her Taimanin father. Her frost powers let her freeze moisture in the air to create ice shields or encase enemies in chilled punches. Because of a rift with her father, her ninjutsu has been sealed, so no one knows what techniques she might use. Demon horns sprout from the sides of her head, a lifelong source of insecurity, so she hides them beneath a large ribbon and tangled twin-tails. She generally despises men, viewing them as beasts, though she's begun to change. Her mother was slain by her father when she was young, fueling the father-daughter conflict and her hatred of men, but learning the truth is slowly shifting her mindset.
