She is a Taimanin. A Gosha Academy teacher. Class head for the protagonists' grade. Her father, Ryuuzen Kunitsugu, was a butler of the Shinganji family, but after Fuuma Danjo's rebellion caused Shinganji Gen-an to fall, he descended to Gosha, and Tomoko rose to prominence as a Gosha Taimanin. She wields the Evil Eye and Thousand-Hand Empathy. She can manifest "spiritual arms" around herself that move automatically or can be freely controlled. When she can control a thousand such arms, she is called "Thousand-Hand Tomoko." The strength of the spiritual arms is proportional to the Evil Eye user's mental power, and Tomoko's thousand hands rival well-tempered steel.
