She is a Taimanin attending Gosha Academy, a beast transformation user who can wield the powerful "Dragon Transformation" technique. By combining her beast transformation abilities with her inherited dual-wielding skills, she fights using the dragon's magical power. However, the dragon's power is extremely potent, and if she exceeds her limits, she risks being consumed by the power and transforming into a dragon, losing her ability to revert back to human form. Fearing she might harm those around her, Hairi trains daily to master her beast transformation technique and control her power. Such is Hairi's situation when she decides to go to the beach with her friends. Although her friends suggested she wear a cute swimsuit, Hairi refused, feeling embarrassed. She chose a sporty design, considering the fact that she needs to be able to use her tail when using her technique. As a result, the swimsuit ended up being sporty yet bold, which Hairi didn't notice.
