Shinonome Yahiro is a student Taimanin at Gosha Academy. She stands over two meters tall. Since the shipwreck in her childhood, the vengeful spirits of drowned victims have warped her soul-stealing technique. She can manipulate those ghosts like ninjutsu, but her whole body is constantly damp and she can't get far from the sea. Occasionally stray vengeful thoughts burst out, startling those around her (though they cause no real harm), so she's more possessed than commanded. When she attends festivals she wears a yukata, but because she's always wet she takes care to avoid see-through mishaps. Her favorite festival foods are skewered squid, takoyaki, and other seafood treats.
